• Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those not receiving a confirmation notice before the conference is requested to contact the Organizing Secretariat DEKON at [email protected].
• The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird deadline, it will not be considered early registration if the payment has not been received before the deadline.
• Registration fees include VAT.
• You will receive your registration confirmation within 24 hours after you complete your payment (except on weekends). Please note that it may take around 1 week to get your confirmation if the payment is made via bank transfer.
• To be eligible for the student/resident rates, you must upload up-to-date documentary evidence through the system. Without this documentation, full delegate fees will be applied.

Conference Registration Fees Include:

• Attendance to all scientific sessions
• Coffee breaks and lunches to be served during the conference scientific program
• Conference materials

Cancellation Policy - Registration:

Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing by the Organizing Secretariat DEKON via e-mail ([email protected]).

• Cancellations received before or on August 20, 2024 - full refund less EUR 35 administration fee.
• Cancellations received on or after August 21, 2024 - no refund

Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of GSA 2024, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
